As our Head Chef, Places! Bistro proudly presents Jennifer Basanavage.
Jennifer graduated from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, with a
degree in Specialized Technology of Culinary Arts. While she was there,
Jennifer was Captain of the Second Place National Team for the American Culinary
Federation.
Ms. Basanavage has toured kitchens in the Burgundy and Champagne regions of France, and
many of the finest restaurants of England.
Previously, Jennifer worked with French Master Chef, Dominique Filoni, as well as, Nunzio Patruni, Georges Perrier, and Marcus Samuelsson.
